2. Booking & Scheduling

All service requests must be scheduled via our website, WhatsApp, or direct message.
Pickup and delivery times are subject to availability and may vary.
Customers must ensure that contact details and addresses provided are accurate and complete.

3. Pricing & Payments

Pricing will be shared at the time of booking or upon request.
Prices may vary depending on garment type, condition, required service, and location.
Payments must be made through approved payment methods at pickup or delivery, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Garment Handling & Care

We take great care in handling all garments; however, customers must inform us of any delicate fabrics, stains, damages, or special care requirements.
We are not responsible for damages caused by:
- Undisclosed sensitive or damaged fabric
- Factory defects or material aging
- Items left inside clothing (e.g., money, jewelry, electronics, receipts)

5. Lost or Damaged Items

In rare cases of loss or irreversible damage, compensation will not exceed the item’s value based on condition, age, and usage and may be limited to a service credit or refund of service fee.
Claims must be made within 24 hours after delivery.

6. Stain Removal

While we strive for the best result, some stains cannot be fully removed without risking fabric damage.
We cannot guarantee 100% stain removal for all materials.

7. Pickup & Delivery

Customers must be present, or items must be left in a secure manner agreed beforehand.
Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Prohibited Items

Customers must not send:

Hazardous, flammable, or chemical materials
Items contaminated with bodily fluids, insects, or mold
Counterfeit, illegal, or stolen items
We reserve the right to refuse such items.

9. Personal Belongings

Please check all pockets and compartments before handing over garments.
We are not responsible for lost personal belongings.

10. Cancellation & Changes

Service changes or cancellations should be communicated as early as possible.
Last-minute cancellations may affect scheduling priority.
